It's going to be a quiet couple of days. Winter storm warning is in place.
Winter storm warning in New Mexico
We woke up this morning to a frozen water line...opps, guess we should have disconnected it last night! Scott was able to disconnect the line with some help from my hair dryer this morning :) We were never without water, just the connection to the town water was frozen.
We didn't want to risk leaving today and potentially hitting the storm head on. We took a drive into town and did some grocery shopping and picked up a few other essentials so we are ready. The park we are at has nice hot showers, laundry and nice, friendly locals around.
Here is a video I made this afternoon from some footage from our windshield camera driving thru Palo Duro Canyon. Let's see if this loads...
I just started a book... What Alice Forgot by Liane Moriarty and the kids have plenty of schoolwork to keep them busy!

OMG hope you are safe and secure batting down the hatches. Love the windshield camera ride. Felt like I was on board with you. So glad your having fun. Sunny and 44 in NH. Beautiful here. Where is the next stop?
